Sam Chimes is an Afro-Canadian jazzy hip hop music artist. He is an international street performer, producer, and DJ who has ventured around the world twice, supported by his music. With over 1,000 performances and 2,000+ hours of performance time, Sam Chimes is the performer to bring your event to life.

At just nine years old, Chimes started piano lessons which would only last two weeks. It was these two weeks that would affect the rest of his life. In High School he joined various jazz music classes and went on various experiential field trips which undoubtedly affected his musical style.

Myles from Home

Myles from Home is a singer-songwriter who sings, plays guitar and harmonica and enjoys spending time outdoors naked. His friends call him Beach Santa. He splits his time between measuring neutrons from nuclear fusion experiments and co-fronting the band Gnarfunkel. He has released two self-produced albums, the latest in 2019, entitled “Reading, Riting and Rithmetic”.

Ranj Singh

Ranjit “Ranj” Singh makes music with a distinct Indian-Western flair that draws on the singer-songwriter and self-taught guitarist’s love for rock music and heartfelt lyrics. He refers to his unique blend of music as “Indo-Canadian Folk”.

In the mid 80’s, Ranj started his career performing with many folk-Punjabi and Hindi artists in the Vancouver area. In the 90’s he helped form — along with his talented brothers — the influential and critically acclaimed group Dal Dil Vog (a.k.a. DDV). The group went on to win numerous awards — including CFOX‘s “Vancouver Seeds 9” battle of the bands in 1994 — and performed with artists such as Jan Arden, 54-40, Mathew Good. DDV’s unique style of bhangara/rock music led to tours throughout North America and India, a live performance on MuchMusic, 3 videos on MuchMusic, and one on MTV Asia.

Raincity is a Vancouver-based Rage-Funk group fronted by female leads on saxophone and vocals. Midmay

MidMay is a Vancouver-based Alternative-R&B group fronted by it’s three members, Nikko Harris, Tom Shand and Jacob Regehr. Nikko, Tom & Jake have been collectively working together for over ten years. They have grown together, personally, professionally, and musically and now, it is their time to shine. Gnarfunkel

Gnarfunkel is a Vancouver-based band making waves with their electrifying live shows and unique melangé of musical styles. Fronted by two animalistic lead singers and backed by a tight, funky rhythm section, they take audiences on an energetic journey through time and space. Their sound incorporates elements of rock, hip hop, Latin, psychedelia, and Eastern music in a sound they dub “Gnar Funk” with each band member playing a large range of eclectic instruments.

Gnarfunkel expanded their artistic soundscape with two new singles in summer 2021. “Show Me” is an indie soul tune featuring horns and a groovy beat and “Full Flower Moon” is a world folk tune featuring acoustic guitar, sitar and other Indian instruments. Gnarfunkel recorded their debut album “Gnarnia” under the guidance of Juno-nominated producer Tom Dobrzanski. A number of singles from this album will be released in early 2022, including fan favourite “A Million Monkeys”. “Gnarnia” will be released in May 2022 in a limited edition vinyl pressing and will be supported by a Canadian tour.
